Before I was prescribed glasses of my own, I was always a little jealous of glasses wearers. A cute accessory that you need to buy to improve your vision? Now that sounds like a good excuse to go shopping. When I was younger and would tag along with my mom to help her choose her eyewear, I only ever saw three styles: thick square frames, classic cat-eye, or some variation of tortoiseshell. Great options, but a limited selection nonetheless. There are so many more designs on the market today, and thanks to retailers like Walmart, you can easily try chic styles both virtually and in-store. I wholeheartedly believe that prescription frames are an extension of one's personal style, so there needs to be a variety of affordable options available.
