We're living in the golden age of sports and fashion. There have been glimpses of the two entities colliding in the past, but today, they're practically one. WNBA players are becoming a staple at Paris Fashion Week, NFL stars are donning editor-favorite Coach bags and limited-edition Birkins, Formula One world champions are co-chairing the Met Gala, and brands—from LVMH to Skims—are getting in on all the action.

I'm here to keep the most interesting happenings in the world of sports and style straight, supplying you with the news you want to know. Think Lewis Hamilton's outfit credits in the F1 paddock and upcoming team and player brand collaborations that'll sell out if you don't act fast. Without further ado, let's get started.

On June 13, Louis Vuitton and Real Madrid announced an exciting, multi-year partnership involving not only its men's football (otherwise known in the U.S. as soccer) team, but also its women's football team and men's basketball team. On the day of the announcement, the French fashion house unveiled formal wear and travel formal wear collections for all three leagues, leaning into tailoring specifically for their athletes. Over the last year, Louis Vuitton has ramped up its involvement in sports in a major way, teaming up with the 2024 Paris Olympics, as well as Formula 1, in official, long-term capacities.

Tyrese Haliburton Gets His First Signature Shoe

On the morning of Game 1 of the 2025 NBA Finals, Indiana Pacers star point guard Tyrese Haliburton got his first-ever signature shoe after signing a partnership deal with PUMA in October. The first iteration, a hibiscus-colored, lightweight sneaker with NITROTM performance technology, is called the Hali 1. It was designed by renowned sneaker designer Salehe Bembury, who is also the Vice President of Sneakers and Men’s Footwear at Versace (casual), and will debut on the court in Oklahoma City when the Pacers square up against the Thunder.

Lewis Hamilton Fashion Week is Back

After what's felt like forever, Lewis Hamilton is finally back to his usual ways, arriving at the Formula 1 paddock in peak fashion form. For some time now, the seven-time F1 World Champion has been skipping his usual runway-adjacent paddock walks and wearing his team kit instead (apart from a few pairs of designer trousers, shoes, and accessories). But it's the Monaco Grand Prix, so of course, he had to show out for qualifying day, the unofficial most important part of the race weekend in Monte Carlo. For the occasion, Hamilton and his stylist, Eric McNeal, chose a tonal, off-white fall/winter 2025 look by Rick Owens made up of a two-tone pullover and wrinkle-effect flare pants.

Caitlin Clark's State Farm Inspired Tunnel Fit By Zac Posen

Caitlin Clark just pulled off the perfect sponsored (without looking sponsored) tunnel fit at the Indiana Fever's second game this week against the Atlanta Dream. The 23-year-old guard arrived at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, wearing the insurance company's colors of red and khaki. Clark's been linked with State Farm since 2023, when she signed a sky-high NIL deal with the company, thus becoming its first college athlete partner. For tonight's game, she celebrated the launch of her new State Farm ad spot, titled "From the Logo," a nod to her signature long-range three-point shot, by wearing a red crop top, khaki trench coat, and matching miniskirt, all by Zac Posen for Gap Studio. Naturally, the look is a stylized take on Jake from State Farm's iconic khakis outfit, with Posen flipping the color combo and materials on their heads to make an ensemble appropriate for the WNBA tunnel.

Kelsey Plum and Karla Welch Team Up in the Tunnel

Renowned celebrity stylist Karla Welch has officially made it into the WNBA tunnel. Welch, whose clients include Tracee Ellis Ross, Olivia Wilde, Anna Sawai, Sarah Paulson, and even at times, Kamala Harris, posted an Instagram carousel of photos of the Los Angeles Sparks' new guard, three-time WNBA All-Star and Olympic gold medalist, Kelsey Plum (formerly of the Las Vegas Aces) in the tunnel at her first two games of the 2025 season. The first? A Phoebe Philo ensemble featuring Gia Borghini boots and Oliver Peoples sunglasses. The second? A head-to-toe Saint Laurent look, featuring a taupe suit and navy tie. The Sparks might not be crowned champions this year, but Plum? With Welch by her side, a best-dressed trophy could easily be in her future.
