Gigi and Kendall Just Wore the Ultimate Winter Accessory

We get it. Hats can be tricky—they're the culprits of the very unwelcome 'hat hair' situation, there's an outdated (yet still enforced) rule about not wearing them inside and if they're full-brimmed, they can make peripheral vision almost non-existent. 

Consider this though: hats come to the rescue on those days when your hair is better off covered, they're an affordable way upgrade your look and depending on the shape and style, they can completely transform your outfit. Case in point: Gigi Hadid's army green number and Kendall Jenner's very vintage fisherman's cap. Both outfits wouldn't feel finished without this addition, which is why we're now inspired to incorporate more hats into our winter style.

Matching print bombers aside, we think the high point of Gigi's get up is definitely her wide-brimmed moss green fedora. A little more structured than a 70s floppy brimmed hat, this hat has some serious edge, especially when paired with those round frame sunglasses. Is she covering a bad hair day? We'd never even know.

Paired with a cropped leather moto jacket and ripped high-waisted jeans, Kendall's cap complements her 'post-concert fashion-girl' vibe perfectly. Nothing says off-duty model like relaxed denim punctuated with a slew of black accessories.
