On November 27, 2018, #GivingTuesday will call on individuals across the world to find ways to give back in their communities and to organizations that benefit those abroad. The event leans into social media as a primary source of spreading the word hence the #GivingTuesday hashtag as well as #MyGivingStory. We tapped some of our favorite stores and brands to ask if they were participating in 2018's Giving Tuesday and were delightfully surprised at how many were. Whether it's a large percentage of the day's revenue being donated to a philanthropy that resonates with the company's owners or a pair of shoes donated for every pair of shoes bought, the guide below is sure to not only check off your holiday shopping list but also make you feel glad knowing you're helping someone in need.
For every bag purchased, DeMellier London will fund a set of lifesaving vaccines and treatments aimed at saving the life of a child in need through A Bag, A Life.
