Well folks, Hailey Bieber just outdid herself with this epic anti-quarantine outfit (meaning that her outfit is the opposite of comfy sweats, not that she herself is anti-quarantine, of course). Bieber wore so many different It pieces and trends with her Levi's shorts in Beverly Hills this week that I'm almost overwhelmed (in a good way), but let's talk about the shoes first. Instead of something safe such as sneakers or flat sandals, Bieber opted to get a jump start on fall, pairing the short shorts with a pair of new mid-calf boots from celeb-favorite brand By Far. It's a pairing you wouldn't expect to work, but in Bieber's case, it does.
