The Unexpected '90s Trend That Has Gen Z's Stamp of Approval
It's seemingly almost every day that Gen Z uncovers another '90s fashion hallmark to revive. We've tapped into the cargo-pant trend, shared our love for baby tees and even noted the return of capri pants. (Here's hoping they don't ever find out about chain wallets). Wherever you look, the '90s influence is clear, and for those who grew up in the era, it's an incredibly nostalgic moment. Wholesale Replica Bag throwback trend to receive the Gen Z stamp of approval? Halter tops. Truly, it's my favourite one yet.
As a minimalist, finding points of difference in multiple neutral outfits can be difficult. That's why I have such a thing about necklines. What makes one plain black top different to another is all in the composition, and a halterneck is a great way to add intrigue to a look whilst not wavering from your aesthetic.
Especially come summertime, when many are looking to show more skin and shed any unnecessary fabric, a halterneck tends to accompany an open back, making it not only incredibly chic, but very much a clever choice on the warmest days.
Luckily for us, brands have clocked on early and served up an array of halter tops on offer. There's everything from simple classics to trending corsage styles, plus intricate crochet versions and even a few long-sleeved options if you're preparing for the cooler months.
Ready to explore some halterneck tops? Let's go!

Take note from Marina Torres (pictured above) and pair with trending striped trousers.
Style with anything from wide-leg white trousers to a denim maxi skirt.
The back of this top is truly beautiful.
From the ring detail to the burnt orange hue, I'm a big fan.
Reiss manages to add a dash of elegance to any item.
This also comes in classic beige and dreamy blue.
Handkerchief hemlines are another throwback that I'm a fan of.
There's nothing I love more than a cool co-ord.
