Dakota Johnson Just Wore Instagram's Biggest Earring Trend on the Red Carpet

Dakota Johnson has been busy promoting her new Amazon Studios film, Suspiria, and it's been a notably stylish whirlwind. In her latest appearance, at the Hollywood premiere last night, she wore the statement earring trend that everyone has been Instagramming and that we brought to your attention last month: heart earrings. To complete her '80s-inspired look, Johnson wore something a bit more controversial, a sequined red Celine dress from Hedi Slimane's debut collection for the fashion house this year. In her choice of dress, Johnson became the first major celebrity to don something from the new Celine line on the red carpet.

But back to the earrings. Statement earrings, in general, are everywhere right now, and Johnson's simple silver heart studs by Sophie Buhai (currently unavailable) are the perfect style for dipping a toe into the trend. Keep scrolling to see Dakota Johnson's red carpet look and the earrings up close, and to shop our favorite versions of the trend.
