This Cult Aussie Brand Is Doing an H&M Collab, and I Just Tried It All
Out of all theBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing editors, I am probably the least likely to walk into the office wearing an edgy hoodie-and-coat combo or trackies-and-shirt pairing. Let's just say that Vetement's normcore stylings did not appeal to me and I wasn't tempted by last year's "dad" trainer trend. I am, however, on a continuous search for workout gear that is both fit for purpose (fashion sneakers need not apply) and also looks the part.
Thankfully, over the last year or so, high-street brands like Gap, H&M and Arket, have stepped up to the plate with activewear collections that even fashion girls would be happy to wear outside of spinning class. Well, gym bunnies, it's your time to shine, because H&M has just announced a seriously cool collaboration with high-end Australian fitness brand P.E Nation, and it's a good one.
Made from sustainably sourced materials, this retro-inspired edit will satisfy P.E Nation fans with its mix of versatile separates, brightly coloured hues and flashes of print. I got a cheeky preview of the collection, which drops today, FYI, and picked out my favourite pieces. Scroll down to see the workwear items that fashion girls will be snapping up this week.
Style Notes: I think this is my favourite outfit from the collection. I'm not usually a tie dye-lover, however, this loose-fitting tee looked unexpectedly cool with the plain black leggings. It would also look just as fab with denim outside of the gym.

Style Notes: I love the high-waisted fit of the leggings and the highlighted zip detailing. The fabric is also much thicker than your average legging, so it feels very sturdy. I will say, however, that length-wise, they are on the long side, so bear that in mind if you're petite.

Style Notes: If like me, you're not such a fan of highlighter hues, you need to see this very 2020 camel-coloured sweater. I would happily wear this to the gym then swap in jeans and chunky boots for the weekend.

Style Notes: Who knew a hoodie could look so appealing? I like the drawstring detail, which helps to give the style more shape and the versatile grey colour. The leggings, meanwhile, are a much more accessible length and also super comfortable.

Style Notes: This sporty jacket is not something I would usually be drawn to, however, thanks to its reflective flash of colour, I can see myself wearing it for a run on a cold evening over a gym top. I also think it will be a bit hit with OG P.E Nation fans.
