The $7 Trick to Making Your Pants Look Like They’re Balenciaga
Ever since we spotted the likes of Christine Centenera and Pernille Teisbaek at fashion week in stirrup pants, we knew the trend was bound to blow up. Balenciaga is owning the look, Fendi has jumped on board, and we've ever seen a few pairs pop up on ASOS, so we know it's going to be major next season.
We love a good DIY here at Who What Wear Australia, and we've figured out the $7-way to get the look, using one simple trick. Fashion stylist Natasha Goldenberg, recently wore the Balenciaga Hounds-Tooth Wool Stirrup Pants ($1405), which come with an elastic stirrup attached at the cuff (just like the ones you may have worn in primary school). Rather than spend a month's rent just to get the look, we found a pair of attachable elastic stirrups on eBay, and plan on adding them to every pair of straight-leg pants from here on out.
Keep scrolling to see a close-up of the look, and shop a pair of stirrups to get the look.

how to DIY
Attach these stirrups to the bottom of any pants (we like a straight leg pair of jeans), and secure around your heels.
