Jennifer Lopez Says These Are the 2 Best Bag Trends for Summer

It was the announcement heard 'round the world: Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck revealed their engagement earlier this month. While she's now a newly minted fiancée, J.Lo is a mom first and foremost. Her 14-year-old twins, Emme and Max, are clearly the center of her universe, so it's a natural fit for J.Lo to star in Coach's new Mother's Day campaign.

"A playful reference to Coach’s legacy and bags handed down from one generation to the next, 'I Got It From My Mom' celebrates the role mother figures play as mentors, muses, and sources of style inspiration," the brand said in a press release. In a statement supporting the campaign, J.Lo revealed her two favorite bag trends right now: pillowy bags and white crossbody bags. "I really like the feeling of the Pillow Tabby bag," Lopez said in a statement. "Feeling it as in loving it but also touching it and squeezing it and hugging it. It’s so soft and I am obsessed with the aqua color. It’s fun, it’s bright, it makes me smile, and just carrying it around gives me good vibes and that is what you want in a gift.”

2. White Crossbody Bags

"I love the versatility of the Madison bag, you can wear it as a crossbody or over your shoulder," J.Lo said. "It’s really practical and as a mom, that’s big—all moms know that. The light-chalk color is great for the warmer weather.
