Mornings never existed to me until after quarantine started and I got a puppy. I used to be a night owl, which meant I would decompress from the day with a workout at 7:30 p.m. and a late dinner. I was the type of person who would wake up 30 minutes before I had to leave the house, rinse off quickly with the same face and body wash, and try to add some bronzer to "look alive."

But then, quarantine happened, and I found out going to sleep at 10:30 p.m. was everything I had been missing in lifethat and homemade almond macadamia nut milk. Now my mornings are about four hours long, and I don't even know how I ever lived before!

7:00 A.M.

My morning typically begins around 7 a.m., and I usually wake up to my 4-month-old puppy, Mars, tail slamming on the floor and smiling with excitement. It's the cutest alarm clock.

7:15 A.M.

I take Mars out for a quick bathroom break and then come inside and wash my face with Shani Darden's cleansing serum and oil-free moisturizer and maybe add some of Kosas's tinted face oil, and I'm obsessed with Lauren Conrad's lip gloss in Raspberry.

Then, this all gets covered by my favorite fashionable, medical-grade face mask by Barriere. I'll finish the look with some Spanx shorts and Nikes, and I'm out the door.

7:45 A.M.

We walk to our favorite coffee shop, Go Get Em Tiger, on Larchmont and get an iced cappuccino, with the homemade almond macadamia nut milk, and say hi to our favorite barista. The routine of getting coffee and making eye contact with strangers is my favorite part of the day.

8:30 A.M.

Then, we come back, and I read the news, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and see what Wholesale Replica Bag trends are online so I can share on Instagram and figure out if there's any great content I can make today based on the trends. Oh, and I check my email.

9 A.M.

For breakfast, I have been eating an egg white turkey bacon frittata. I'll make a big one on Monday in my Great Jones pan and then cut it into pieces for the rest of the week and eat it until I say, "Hmm, maybe the eggs are bad now."

9:30 A.M.

I just started working with a coach, so I am supposed to be writing in my journal my intentions for the day and three things I love about myself (lol) every morning. This is challenging to me, and I'm supposed to do it right when I wake up, but it usually gets done after I get caught up with the online news.

10 A.M.

Mars and I will either do a Peloton workout or head to my friend's garage, where we'll work out with an amazing trainer named Jon Hazard. Mars chews her bone, and I lift weights. I try to take Mars everywhere with me, and she's the best travel companion!

Once we get back, that's when the real work happens—aka spending my day on Twitter.
