Supermodels have reunited on the runways (and in the front row) of some of fashion week's biggest shows in the past. The Louis Vuitton F/W 18 Menswear presentation marked English designer Kim Jones's last men's show for the fashion house. And to honor his departure, Moss and Campbell took to the catwalk, hand in hand with Jones, as he took his final walk down the runway. How sweet! See this special runway reunion below.
