This Was the Fashion Week Moment We've Been Waiting For
Let us introduce you to KITX. The sustainable and ethical label was founded by designer Kit Willow in 2015—making Resort 17 the brand's first presentation at Fashion Week Australia. Since its launch, the industry has embraced Willow's new baby with open arms. Draping, layers, and a neutral colour palette make it the fashion-girl uniform.
To set the scene, Sydney's fashion elite gathered at the Paddington Reservoir with a live classical orchestra. Titled N°5 Collection, we saw crushed linen, hemp, and silk, layered to create feminine shapes that fall delicately on the body. The maxi lengths and elegant draping stayed true to what we've come to expect from KITX—meaning Willow's loyal fan base will be excited for what's to come.
The best part? You can shop the KITX boots from the runway from Thursday May 19.
