7 Practical Basics We Saw Everywhere in London This Week
Fashion Month has departed from its second stop of the season: London. We had the photographer behind The Style Stalker snapping the best looks throughout the week, and now that the shows have wrapped up, we're taking a moment to download you on what everyone wore. Each fashion week, we expect to see editors, bloggers, and celebrities wearing some of the most over-the-top outfits to and from the shows, but in London this season, the street style scene overwhelmingly took a more practical approach, and it honestly felt like a breath of fresh air.
We noticed so many showgoers wearing more basic (and dare we say "boring") fashion items like crisp Oxford shirts, cool trench coats, and billowy wide-leg trousers that they styled in the most creative ways. Practicality is becoming more important in fashion these days, and Londoners have definitely taken note. Keep scrolling to see the looks that caught our attention and shop the seven basic items we saw at London Fashion Week.
