5 Throw-On Shoes London Fashion People Are Exclusively Wearing With Skirts

With the warmer weather firmly here, the chicest people in London have dug out their skirts in celebration. As someone who has always found shoe pairings tricky, I've looked into how our stylish friends are pairing skirts this season, and it seems these five styles are firm favourites.

There's no denying that maxi styles are definitely having a moment right now, but of course midi skirts and even minis remain staples in many wardrobes. It's no surprise really, as there's so many styling possibilities when it comes to skirts, allowing you to build an outfit for all occasions. Add a simple tee and trainers and you're ready for a casual weekend, or slip into a chunky leather flip flop and throw on a satin shirt to head out to dinner. Skirts are truly versatile, and from my research can be paired with almost any shoe, but if you're interested in the five styles that fashion people in London are backing right now, keep on scrolling.

Wherever you're headed, and whichever hem length you're leaning towards, these are the shoes that London girls are pairing with skirts for 2024.

Style Tips: I'm a big fan of any outfit pairing that calls for trainers. The comfort and ease makes these a no brainer in my opinion, and if you're lucky enough, you can wear this pairing for everything from running errands to work.
