I don't know about you, but the moment June starts, all I want to wear are cute summer dresses. Whether I'm in the mood for an airy cotton dress to throw on with sandals during the day or a slinky little strappy number to go out in at night, the season of wearing dresses nonstop has officially arrived, and with it are my opinions on where to shop for the best picks of the moment. Enter the topic of today's edit: the most popular dress brands.

Being in the market for a few new frocks, I've spent a good chunk of time recently researching the coolest dress brands that fashion people are favoring right now, and I've concluded that the nine labels here are defining the moment. Those strappy and "complicated" dresses you're seeing everyone wear? They're probably Nensi Dojaka. If you've spotted some excellent cutout dresses, there's a good chance Christopher Esber is involved. In short, the nine brands here are where cool girls are buying their dresses. Trust me.

1. Nensi Dojaka

Nensi Dojaka is the name on the lips of every fashion insider right now. The LVMH Prize winning designer has grown in popularity because of her sultry-chic pieces that the style set can't get enough of, particularly any of the strappy minidresses in the line.

2. Christopher Esber

There are cutout dresses, and then there are Christopher Esber cutout dresses. The Australian label, whose skin-baring numbers are some of the most elevated you'll find, is rightfully deserving of a category all its own.

3. Cult Gaia

When everyone from Hailey Bieber to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is shopping the same dress brand, you know it has to be good. Such is the case with Cult Gaia, whose stunning midriff-baring dresses are bona fide It pieces.

4. Ciao Lucia

Vacation is a state of mind, according to L.A.-based label Ciao Lucia. Each of the vintage-inspired dresses looks like it could have been plucked out of a movie set in 1960s Italy—pretty, delicate, and timeless.

5. Aya Muse

While Aya Muse dresses are not for the faint of heart, their liberal cutouts, sheer fabrics, and G-string details ensure that taking the risk of wearing one comes with a high reward. Fans include Emily Ratajkowski, Bella Hadid, and Dua Lipa. Just saying.

6. SIR
