4 Cute Pajama Trends Endorsed by Cindy Crawford, Yara Shahidi, and More
As it turns out, the pajama pants I bought at the beginning of quarantine back in March have proven to be one of my best investments as I adjust to work-from-home life. I miss all my nicer clothes that are collecting dust, but I certainly can't complain that I'm lucky enough to work in my PJs. (But sorry to my neighbors who have to witness my various states of dishevelment while I walk my dog.)
Even if you're not working from home, I think a new pair of pajamas can be an easy way to treat yourself. When you think about it, there aren't too many other items in your closet that you can truly wear every single day, so the cost-per-wear of new PJs can be quite low. To that end, I've rounded up the 4 best pajama trends that celebrities like Mindy Kaling and Yara Shahidi have been wearing recently. Hopefully, this list will inspire you to ditch the old college T-shirt once and for all.
1. Floral Short Sets
On Yara Shahidi: Uniqlo Women Joy of Print Soft Stretch Pajamas ($20)
Thank you, Yara, for bringing this ridiculously cute $30 set to our attention.
Shahidi's PJs also come in this cute pink color.
On Cindy Crawford: Mira Mikati Embroidered Sweatshirt ($200) and Shorts.
Very "grandma chic," no?
On Reese Witherspoon: Draper James pajamas; Ugg Slippers ($90)
Copy Reese Witherspoon and wear these with Ugg slippers for a night day at home.
2. Pink Stripes
On Emma Roberts: Pour les Femmes pajamas
Yep, this is all I want to wear right now.
On Laura Dern: Pour les Femmes pajamas
I always trust thatReplica Store's in-house brand will be high-quality and comfortable.
On Jasmine Tookes: Victoria's Secret
Yes, you can definitely wear this top with jeans too.
3. Loose-Fitting Pant Sets
On Gabrielle Union: Sammy B. Dexter Tie-Front Shirt ($104), Dana Kriss Kross Bralette ($42), and Dane Summer Pants ($78)
On Whitney Port: Free People Hailee Sweater Set ($128)
4. Basic Sweatpants
On Mindy Kaling: Ugg Genuine Shearling Slippers ($120)
Next, H&M's new $15 top hits on the 2020 trend that won't quit.
Erin got her start as aBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
