Whenever I'm not sure what to wear, I turn to the IG feeds of my favorite New York and Parisian fashion people for some inspiration. I'm a New Yorker in my Marie Antoinette era, and Parisians are loving frilly blouses just as much as I am. If you're planning to wear jeans to a nice dinner or to the office, adding a blouse is the perfect way to make your look feel elevated.
