8 Going-Out Outfits That Make Me Want to Actually Go Out

I'm much more of a homebody than a social butterfly, so you won't catch me out on the town every weekend. I much prefer catching up with friends over intimate dinner and drinks, and I've certainly outgrown my 4 a.m. night outs. I do, however, have a few weekend events popping up in my calendar in the coming weeks (some fancy late-night soirées) that I have yet to RSVP to, but whilst I was scrolling through Instagram, I came across a handful of Saturday-night outfits that I am officially dying to try. And those forthcoming gatherings are the perfect time to rock some of the cool nighttimes getups that made me stop mid-scroll—so my RSVP is yes, guys!

It's time to forget about what you think is a typical going-out outfit and allow the below fashion girls to inspire you (as they have me) to step outside of the box and wear more unconventional getups for an evening on the town. I'm trading bodycon dresses for comfy-chic jumpsuits and swapping my heels for a pair of Nike Air Max sneakers. Before you think I'm crazy, take a look at the eight going-out outfits I saw on Instagram that make me actually want to go out.
