There's no denying that at-home fitness had a major boom over past the few years, bringing the best fitness instructors in the space into our homes. Perhaps one of the most beloved instructors in the industry is Robin Arzón, the vice president of fitness programming and head instructor at Peloton. Arzón has gained attention and won the hearts of thousands through her unique workout experience and unparalleled charisma.

Arzón believes that getting the body moving and sweating can transform lives, and since the early days of Peloton, she has been doing just that. Arzón has built a devoted Peloton community, but she also has a community of almost a million followers on Instagram who are drawn to her high energy, passion, and unwavering encouragement as she pushes people to become their best selves through movement. She has become an industry thought leader in the fitness space, expanding beyond the industry to further inspire by speaking at Fortune 500 company events, including Google, Facebook, Verizon, and PepsiCo; signing significant brand partnerships; and becoming a two-time best-selling author.

She is the author of Shut Up and Run and, more recently, her first-ever children's book, which was published in January, Strong Mama. Strong Mama was written as a love letter to her daughter about the journey of motherhood, teaching kids that self-care is not selfish and movement is medicine.

Arzón's life mission is to redefine, reshape, and rethink possibility through movement, and she is a living testament to her ethos. She has become a 27-time marathon runner, and it may be hard to believe that she actually never considered herself an athlete growing up. In fact, she spent seven years as a corporate lawyer before she decided to pivot her career after healing from a traumatic experience through fitness.

Listen to Wholesale Replica Bag episode of Second Life to hear how Arzón's past career life has influenced her today and how she transformed a traumatic experience into a positive one, ultimately leading her to pursue her passion of helping others transform their lives through movement.
