5 Home Décor Trends From the Most Stylish Airbnbs in Paris
I don't know about you, but I love browsing Airbnb properties whether I actually intend on booking them or not. Not only do I bookmark them for future trip ideas, but I also keep them in mind for home décor tips to copy, which lead me to create this story. Of course, I had to kick it off with the most stylish city in the world: Paris.
I combed through Airbnb to find chic, rentable properties in Paris that also provided tons of décor inspiration, and I definitely struck gold. Scroll down to see five trends I'm copying from these properties, even if I never make it to the City of Light this year.
1. Let a Statement Rug Do All the Talking
This well-reviewed apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and lots of beautiful design details like wood beams. It rents for an average of $224 per night.
2. Buy a Vintage-Inspired Desktop Vanity
This adorable apartment rents for an average of $300 per night and boasts one bedroom and one bathroom.
3. Embrace Classic Toile
I'm obsessed with the beautiful pink toile in this classically French apartment.
I've never dreamed about curtains until now.
4. Add Maximum Greenery (Real or Faux)
This is the living room of the same apartment with the toile bedding above. The greenery instantly transports you to a tropical paradise.
5. Try Mixing Multiple Mirrors
I love the trio of mirrors over the fireplace in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the Marais. It rents for an average of $345 per night.
