27 Chic Cover-Ups That Work With Every Type of Swimsuit
While I love a cute swimsuit as much as the next person, I'm equally invested in what I'm going to wear on top of them each summer. In fact, unless you're only ever wearing a swimsuit in your own backyard, you probably bring along some sort of cover-up every time you wear a swimsuit out in the world. So why shouldn't it be as cute as the carefully chosen swimwear?
In my case, and I'm guessing it's the same for you, I don't want to have to wear a different cover-up with every swimsuit I own, but they are all quite different, so I only ever shop for swimsuit cover-ups that are versatile. And truth be told, it's not always easy. How are you expected to wear the same cover-up with a halterneck one-piece as with a strapless bikini? Good question, and my short answer is that I stick to cover-ups that are relatively loose, somewhat neutral, and have simple necklines that work with a variety of swimwear style.
