The One Item Every Celebrity Wore in 2016
As we predicted way back in January, the minimalistic white sneaker trend we saw at the forefront of celebrity dressing in 2015 stuck around in full force this year. Much to our delight, celebrities en masse continued to abandon their stilettos for a variety of crisp white sneaker styles: The Céline slides were a favorite of Gigi Hadid while Kendall Jenner and Miranda Kerr tended to favor less pricey lace-up versions.
For our part, we couldn't be more thrilled that such a comfortable (and largely affordable) trend is still going strong. Not only that, but the trend actually seemed to take off even more this year. Celebrities who we previously considered married to their high heels collection started stepping out in the trend. (We're looking at you, Olivia Palermo.)
