As I was sitting here trying to think of an intro to this story, I randomly remembered my first-ever Topshop purchase. It was before the retailer had landed in the U.S., and I was on vacation in Ireland. I was so excited to get a little embroidered blouse and bring it back to the States, and I ended up wearing it to shreds. It just goes to show you that fashion buys don't have to be designer to be special.
