This Is What to Pack for Your Easter Long Weekend Getaway
How do you plan on spending the Easter long weekend? Hopefully you're packing up to head on a road trip, or jumping on a plane to head to somewhere sunny. If not, maybe a staycation is on the cards? (PSA: MyDomaine has three amazing staycation ideas). Either way, the Easter long weekend is the perfect time to take a few days for yourself to unwind.
We asked Julia Ashwood of travel and lifestyle website The Vista, to curate her ultimate packing list for a weekend getaway. When you take a quick scroll through her Instagram account, we can see these pieces pop up time and time again, so it's clear that they're the most versatile items you can pack. And when you're dealing with a mini carry-on bag, or trying to pile into a car, smart packing and versatility is key.
Scroll down for Julia's ultimate packing list.
T-Shirt
I always over pack good fitting T-shirts. They are a perfect staple, paired back with jeans or layered under slip dresses
Clutch
A great clutch, so I can pop my passport, phone, and money all in one
Denim Shorts
A great pair of OneTeaspoon denim shorts (or two)—they are so practical and lightweight.
Boots
Blundstone boots are practical for both the city and nature walks, so I always make sure I pack a pair.
Sunglasses
Sunglasses for the beach, the pool, driving and jet-lagged eyes. I always gravitate towards cat-eye styles.
White Shirt
A good white shirt in a breathable fabric like linen always makes it into my suitcase. You can pair this back with anything else you bring along with you, and anything with a collar instantly can dress up your look.
Swimsuit
A great swimsuit is a must! Even if you're heading on a city vacay, your hotel might have a pool. I adore Wholesale Replica Bag styles from Zulu Zephyr, Peony, and She Made Me.
