Just because we're mainly staying inside our houses, balconies or (if we're lucky) gardens, that doesn't mean we can't still spend five minutes looking at shoes. Anything too high or too sparkly is retiring to the back of our wardrobes, for the time being, but sandals (once they are sufficiently worn in, of course) can conveniently double as slippers. We've already brought you the sandal trends that are leading this year, but there are five sandal styles, in particular, that I keep spotting on my Instagram feed.
One pair is close to our hearts, asBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing has just launched shoes. Our thong sandals in white, snake and black have been particularly popular with our friends. Arizona Love's Velcro-strap sandals are as cheery as they get thanks to the colourful printed fabrics adorned to the straps.
The other two trending sandals are certainly more extravagant. However, Valentino's rope sandals and Proenza Schouler's collaboration with Birkenstock are rapidly gaining cult status. Keep scrolling to see the five sandals that are trending in 2020.
