The groundhog may have predicted more winter, but that doesn't mean we can't still have our eyes on the bright spot that is spring—spring dressing to be exact. Whenever I'm trying to get a handle on what's actually going to become a big trend, I always look to Zara for its take. Odds are, we're buying whatever the brand is selling. Perusing its new-arrivals tab, I'd be hard-pressed to say that bright colors aren't about to take over, from pink button-downs to saturated red knits. Come spring, we're all going to be ditching beige. What's more, brights look even more contemporary when worn together, as evidenced by Aimee Song.
Asymmetric tops, skirts, and dresses are standing their ground. My favorite one of Zara's offerings in this genre is a pale-blue button-down with an asymmetric hem. It's wearable, classic, and not so Y2K that you feel like an imposter. There's also a very good take on the military jacket, one of spring 2026's biggest trends. I have no doubt this item will sell out well before Punxsutawney Phil's six weeks of winter are up, but don't just take it from me. Have a look for yourself. At the very least, the trendy Zara items below will put you in a springy state of mind.
