21 Under-$50 Items I'm Eyeing to Help Me Dress a Little Less Boring This Season
As much as I like to think my simple style isn't boring, I would be lying if I didn't admit that my tendency to lean toward basics and neutrals didn't (at least, every once in a while) get a little mundane. It's had me thinking that a little shake-up wouldn't hurt, and what better season than spring (one which signifies new beginnings) than to switch things up?
Since, for many of us, budgets are tight all around right now, I figured I would focus on affordable items I'm eyeing. I can't take that much credit, though, because thanks to our Who What Wear collection, the right items weren't all that hard to come by. To see and shop the dresses, tops, skirts, and pants I'm considering at the moment—all of which are under $50—just keep scrolling.
Style this with the matching pants for a statement moment. You can always pair the top with jeans for a subtler look.
These will also look so good with a simple white tank and sandals.
This is just waiting to be paired with light-colored pants.
For someone who doesn't wear dresses that often, this seemingly simple number is a big step.
Just because I'm not going on vacation doesn't mean I can't dress like it.
I'd pair this with super simple slide sandals for a casual look (or house slippers).
This print is one of those few that feels subtle and statement-making at the same time.
These feel like leggings but look like pants.
Perfect for layering in spring and then wearing alone come the summer heat.
Wear this with any neutral top for seasons to come.
Next, all the loungewear in my cart right now.
Since starting as an intern back in 2013, Nicole Akhtarzad Eshaghpour has held several roles here atBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing , and she is currently Editor-at-Large. It was a less expected route, seeing as she was graduating from business school at USC when this all began, but it has turned out to be the best one for her. Fast-forward to 2024, and she's moved to NYC from her hometown of Beverly Hills and spends her workdays a little differently from when she was an intern starting out. Currently, she focuses on a weekly mélange of shopping content. As far as her personal style goes, she's largely drawn to classic pieces and neutral basics but will always make an exception for something colorful, printed, or bejeweled as long as it's deemed worthy enough. After all, the only thing she loves more than a good party is dressing up for one. On weekdays, she can usually be found at home eating something delicious for dinner and trying to force her husband to watch Summer House.
