"A style with a higher back and thicker straps or sleeves (as opposed to a backless or strapless style) will help secure the bust area and also allows for a traditional underwire bra to be worn,” she shared. Brown also expressed that if you decide to wear something that might not allow for a bra, to ask your seamstress to sew in molded cups for added support.
