The Wedding Dress Styles Perfect for Women With Big Busts

There are a lot of to consider when planning a wedding— the venue, the caterer, and of course, the reception to follow. But as fashion lovers, chances are the one thing at the forefront of your thoughts is what you’re going to wear. Whether you’re currently planning a wedding (congratulations, by the way!) or simply fantasizing about your walk down the aisle, what you wear to your wedding can say a lot about who you are. That said, if you’ve been blessed with a bigger chest, there are some wedding dresses for bigger busts that will offer more support than others.
To help you find the perfect gown for your big day, we spoke with Shelley Brown, the senior fashion beauty editor of The Knot, for her expertise. "A style with a higher back and thicker straps or sleeves (as opposed to a backless or strapless style) will help secure the bust area and also allows for a traditional underwire bra to be worn,” she shared. Brown also expressed that if you decide to wear something that might not allow for a bra, to ask your seamstress to sew in molded cups for added support.
