If there is one thing I look forward to adding to my calendar, it's a dinner party. They come in many forms, from a casual gathering in your friend's cozy New York apartment to a fancy soirée for an engagement. This is the type of outfit I would wear to a work dinner party at a chic venue. The blazer gives that professional look while the satin skirt feels romantic and a little flirty. I'd pair this look with heeled mules or pumps.

This is my go-to look for a dinner party with either professional colleagues or friends. It's simple yet super chic and elevated. Just grab a midi dress that you love (I have 10 that just popped into my mind) and reach for a bold clutch. I love the idea of a neutral dress paired with a red or orange bag like the look above.
Halter Top + Barrel Jeans

A low-effort look that always lands. I'd reach for this for a dinner party for a birthday or another celebratory dinner with friends. Grab the flirtiest minidress, top it off with a blazer (I would reach for something oversize), and then add mules or heeled sandals with a shoulder bag to finish off the look.

This look has been my go-to dinner-party look during the spring and summer months. Slip dresses are so simple yet look so elevated and feel like you're wearing a nightgown.
