The Best-Selling Dress That's Back for Summer—and Even Better

Remember our Who What Wear Collection tiered maxi dress of several seasons past? If you don’t, I’ll be visually refreshing your memory below, but for now, let’s just say it was wildly popular and for good reason. The under-$50 frock came in two colors (jewel-toned green and blue), had the perfect comfortable-yet-flattering A-line cut, and looked equally amazing when styled casually for the weekend or dressed up for an event.

So why the trip down memory lane? Well, after countless requests from our customers and followers to bring the beloved dress back in new iterations, I’m happy to announce that we have—and I think it’s even better than before. In an of-the-moment yellow maxi version as well as a new, mini style in orange, the tiered dress just landed at Target stores and on Target.com, but I can’t promise it will be there for long. If history is any indication, it’s bound to sell out soon, so in an effort to help you act fast, I’ve rounded up the best outfits we’ve seen in the dress so far so that you can decide which style is right for you, and then shop whichever you choose. Of course, you might end up wanting both, but just keep scrolling to find out!

Since starting as an intern back in 2013, Nicole Akhtarzad Eshaghpour has held several roles here atBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing , and she is currently Editor-at-Large. It was a less expected route, seeing as she was graduating from business school at USC when this all began, but it has turned out to be the best one for her. Fast-forward to 2024, and she's moved to NYC from her hometown of Beverly Hills and spends her workdays a little differently from when she was an intern starting out. Currently, she focuses on a weekly mélange of shopping content. As far as her personal style goes, she's largely drawn to classic pieces and neutral basics but will always make an exception for something colorful, printed, or bejeweled as long as it's deemed worthy enough. After all, the only thing she loves more than a good party is dressing up for one. On weekdays, she can usually be found at home eating something delicious for dinner and trying to force her husband to watch Summer House.
