I Popped Into Zara After Work—These 8 Irresistibly Chic Items Came Home With Me

I do most of my Zara shopping on the app, but I am also blessed/cursed to live right down the street from a local Zara store. This means that, occasionally, if I'm running errands, I'll pop in after work and cruise around to see what gems it has in store. On a recent trip, my fashion-editor senses were tingling over its latest selection of summer pieces. Think dreamy butter-yellow dresses, delicate lace tops, beaded bags, and so much more. Much like my trips to Costco, I can never leave the store without a massive bag of goodies in my hands, and this visit was no exception.
Below, I wanted to share eight irresistibly chic items that came home with me (all of which I've already been wearing on repeat) that are perfect for the summer season. From a chic tank top to a breezy skirt and cool jorts, take a peek at the Zara items I bought and loved, and highly recommend for summer. Then, keep scrolling to shop more of the Zara items I have my eye on right now.
Hands down, one of my favorite new Zara finds is this simple white tank. It's the perfect modern update to my wardrobe right now. The high V-neckline adds a chic, fashion-forward touch that's easy to wear and feels fresh for the new season. It's super soft and stretchy, too.

I bought this skirt for a trip to Riviera Maya, and I'm so glad I did. It feels cool, fresh, and is easy to wear for the summer months with tank tops, tees, and flip-flops. I love the asymmetric hem and side ruching. And you can't beat its $36 price tag.

Pretty white tops and jeans are my go-to combo right now—a duo that oozes chic European-girl vibes. I'm obsessed with the gorgeous embroidered white vest top with its pretty front-ties—it's perfect to wear day or night.

I love a matching set for the warmer months, and this one immediately caught my eye. Not only does it come in this season's dreamy powder-pink color trend, but it also comes in a romantic semi-sheer knit fabric, adding an alluring touch to the look.

Shop the matching Knit Midi Skirt ($60).
Zara excels when it comes to new-season trends, and as a fashion editor, I happily indulge in some of the more wearable options. These of-the-moment jorts come low-slung in a loose silhouette—just as we saw on the spring/summer 2025 runways. When I wear them, everyone always asks me where they're from!
Shop:
This chic white knit vest has been a go-to for meetings, work, and more polished occasions during the warmer temps. The quality is really nice and it pairs perfectly with so many pieces—from tailored trousers to miniskirts.
Shop:
Casual, effortless, and easy. This flowy top is shaping up to be one of my go-to summer pieces to style with white linen pants, denim shorts, maxi skirts—you name it.
