There’s one very revealing bag that’s been on my radar for months now—a perspex carry-all. If you cast your mind back to fashion month, you'll remember street style images of clear bags spotted throughout the entire circuit. There have been a few iterations of the trend pop up. The first that sees a mini bag sit inside a larger perspex bag, initially made popular by Staud when it released its Shirley bag. The second, is the entirely clear bag—offering an opportunity for the world to see it all—its popularity kicked off when images of Phoebe Philo-era Celine bags were spotted all over Instagram.
