I recently moved to New York after a seven-year stint in Los Angeles, which means 2019 is the first time in a long time that I've actually gotten the real fall experience (insert all the happy-face emojis here). And while I will 100% be that annoying person who refuses to shut up about the leaves changing colors, what I'm most looking forward to is having an excuse to upgrade my cold-weather wardrobe.
So what's on my fall essentials list? Tons of denim, boots, and work-friendly closed-toe shoe styles, a goes-with-everything leather jacket, and plenty of pretty tops and dresses to fill in the blanks.
