When it comes to workout motivation, it varies by person. Some need a really awesome playlist to pump them up. Others might want to work out to boost their mood or energy levels. Some might have a certain fitness goal in mind or a personal record they want to reach. And there are those who get motivation from others, like an exercise buddy or accountability partner.
I'm a mix of all of the above, but I'd also like to add that some cute activewear pieces can really push me to get to a class when I'd rather be at happy hour or take a class on my Peloton when I just want to sit on my couch and watch Netflix.
