These Are Our Go-To Brands for the Best Raw Denim
Denim enthusiasts are forever raving about raw denim, and we don't blame them one bit. The coveted denim style is known for its beautiful look and ability to be broken-in. In fact, the jeans basically become personalized after many wears since they begin to form perfectly to your shape. It takes some time, but the end result is totally worth the wait.
A surprising and frustrating fact, though, is that raw denim styles for women aren't that common. A quick, cursory search online sadly yields results filled with predominantly men's styles. Thankfully, brands are starting to pick up on the growing interest from women and are creating some raw denim styles that we just can't get enough of.
It took some time, but we were able to hunt down the coolest raw denim jeans of the moment from some of our favorites like Tibi, Frame, Acne Studios, and more. These pairs are flattering for just about any personal style, plus they are easily styled for work, play, and everything in between. Our only complaint—besides the lack of options in general—is the even greater lack of plus-size styles and budget-friendly options. That said, we're still holding on to hope that this will correct itself sooner than later.
Make sure to keep reading to see our current go-to brands for the best raw denim, and then shop all of the styles that caught our editors' eye. We can't wait for you to start wearing your new favorite pair of jeans.
