Psst, for Thin Hair Types: This Trick Gets You Big Hair Fast

Unfortunately, I wasn't blessed with thick, voluminous hair. Listen, it's not quite a hardship, but what can I say? We all want what we can't have. My hair is stick-straight, which, yes, isn't anything to complain about. Anyways, it might be a blessing because I'm pretty lazy when it comes to styling. Since my hair is pretty low-maintenance and easy to manage, I can get away with air-drying it and just letting it do its thing most days.

But again, we want what we don't have, right? So when I'm looking at my flat strands, I dream of big, bouncy hair. And when I see people with the perfect beachy waves or just hair with a ton of body, I feel a tinge of envy. I especially feel it during those moments when I do put in the effort to curl my hair and spend all of this time on it only to have it lie flat as a pancake in just a few hours.

I've learned to deal with what I have, though, And one trick I have up my sleeve that's super quick? A volumizing hair powder. These guys really do the work for me by adding some body to the roots. All I have to do is sprinkle on the product, tussle and fluff up my roots a bit, and shake off any excess powder. While it doesn't give me the exact big hair that I have in my dreams, it does give me some extra lift and oomph that I otherwise wouldn't have. And I just love that it's a quick fix for when I'm going out.

Take a look at some highly rated volumizing hair powders below and try it for yourself if you're wishing for thicker strands like myself.
