7 Random Comfy Things I Always Wear When I Think No One Is Looking

We all have that random assortment of things we slip into the second we get home from a long day. Since most of us have quickly become accustomed to a lifestyle that doesn't actually involve leaving the house anymore due to quarantine and all the social distancing that comes along with it, I figured there was no time like the present to divulge my indoor wardrobe secrets with you.

Now, I am sorry to disappoint you, but there isn't a whole lot that will come as a surprise to you amongst the list below. The seven items I am identifying are simply the things I always—and I mean always—throw on when I want to feel comfortable in my own home.

For example, when no one is looking, a nice matching bralette-and-underwear set makes me feel like a million bucks and my ever-growing collection of oversize graphic T-shirts makes me feel like the most relaxed version of myself. So if you've been struggling with the concept of how to dress while spending exponentially more time indoors, maybe one of the seven items below will spark a new at-home casual outfit idea for you.

Crazy Socks

No matter what I'm wearing (or doing for that matter), you will always find colorful and crazy socks on my feet. Looking down and seeing the crazy colors and patterns always brings a smile to my face, so why not?

Oversize Long-Sleeve Graphic Tees

I have been wearing long-sleeve graphic tees since before I can remember. I used to steal them from my cousins (I'm an only child) and wear them with jeans or over a swimsuit. To this day, they are the one thing that I can never resist.

Joggers

I could not relate more to those memes about people coming home and changing out of their jeans and into comfortable pants at the speed of light. I find that joggers are more comfortable to me than sweatpants since they are a tad thinner.

Fuzzy Slippers

After I put on my weird socks, I put on my weird slippers. I prefer fuzzy ones for maximum comfort.

Matching Underwear Sets

I can't explain it, but there is something about wearing a matching bralette and underwear that makes me feel put together even when I'm lounging. Try it—you'll see.

Lounge Shorts

Similar to joggers, comfortable shorts are one of my go-to's when I get home from work and want to slip into something more comfortable. Shorts and an oversize tee is pretty much my at-home uniform.

Sports Bras

When I'm too lazy to put on a shirt, I'm typically always in a sports bra of some sort. I also just prefer to wear a sports bra versus a real bra if I'm relaxing at home.
