Our Jaws Dropped When We Saw This Beauty Editor's Intricate Wedding Dress
We already knew that Eleanor Pendleton has style, there’s no denying that. From sharing her insight on where she finds outfit inspiration to what she wears to feel empowered, her fashion advice is always on point. So when we heard that the Gritty Pretty Editor-In-Chief was getting married in Boracay this weekend, we were dying to see what she would wear on the big day. 2018 has been welcoming new bridal trends, and with minimalism slowly fading into the background, we’ve noticed that brides are taking more risks—for the better.
Pendleton's wedding-day outfit was no exception. Looking stunning, the bride stepped out in a Pallas Couture embellished gown that turned heads leaving “not even one dry eye” in the crowd, her friend Ania Milczarczyk shared via IG. While we loved the intricate embroidery on the gown itself, we couldn’t help but swoon at the way Pendleton accessorised it. Calling upon one of the season’s biggest bridal trends, the editor paired the textured frock with a simple cape, making for a look that was nothing short of angelic. We snapped a few screenshots of the look to keep on file for wedding inspo. Keep scrolling to see it yourself.
