Emma Roberts Just Revealed Her Baby Bump Skincare Recipe
Emma Roberts made headlines in August when she announced via Instagram that she's expecting her first child, a son, with actor Garrett Hedlund. Congratulations are in order for the expectant mom, who has joined Gigi Hadid, Chrissy Teigen, and more celebrities in spending quarantine casually growing tiny humans inside their bodies. And while the American Horror Story star typically keeps pretty mum about her personal life (we're fierce energy protectors, too), she took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to share a glimpse into her pregnancy bodycare routine, which just so happens to be stacked with some products we're currently loving.
"Just stuff that works," she captioned the snap of the lotions and potions currently in her rotation, including an option specifically formulated to combat stretch marks. (Although, if you ask us, there's absolutely nothing wrong with stretch marks, and we, in fact, consider them a badge of honor and proof that women's bodies are nothing short of magical!) And no, the four featured brands didn't pay her to share, a sentiment she confirmed with #NotAnAd, so you know the love is real!
Ahead, get a closer look at all the products Roberts is loving during her pregnancy, along with even more selects to shop from each of the brands she shouted out.
1. Mutha Body Oil
I'd know this pearlescent purple packaging anywhere and was so excited to see that Roberts is a fan, too. This clean body oil is packed with essential fatty acids, antioxidants, phytosterols, carotene, and vitamins A, C, D, and E. It's the perfect fast-absorbing oil to apply all over after a shower to get the softest skin ever.
More from Mutha:
I've now gone through two jars of this luxe body butter and can personally attest to the fact that it's a game changer. It was also part of the haul Roberts shared.
2. Drunk Elephant Sili Body Lotion
Drunk Elephant's recent bodycare and haircare launches have been well-received extensions of the cult-favorite skincare line. This body lotion has the best plant oils and butters, squalane, amino acids, and reparative ceramides to lock hydration into the skin. It's no wonder Roberts is a fan.

3. Erbaviva Stretch Mark Cream
In addition to all the other super-hydrating picks in her arsenal to keep her skin smooth and nourished during her pregnancy, it looks like Roberts is specifically guarding against stretch marks with this specialty cream formulated with cocoa butter and sea buckthorn extract. Elastic skin is in.
More from Erbaviva:
This oil supports the skin as it stretches and changes during the many phases of pregnancy.
Chapped lips are one thing, but chapped nipples from breastfeeding are a whole other animal. Keep them soothed with this balm.
Once baby arrives, Roberts might be reaching for this gentle wash to keep her son's skin clean and soft.
4. Hatch Belly Oil
The last of the products Roberts showcased is this Belly Oil ($58) from Hatch. It has calendula, sweet almond oil, and grapefruit to provide deep moisture to bump, boobs, and anywhere else that needs a little extra love.
More from Hatch:
This ginger- and mint-infused cooling gel-cream is a must for soothing swollen limbs.
Have an aromatherapy moment while baby naps.
