The Most Expensive-Looking Zara Items in Every Category
Zara is so many things to so many people. To some people, it's their go-to place to buy the season's best short-lived trends for cheap. For others, it's where they stock up on basics that are too boring to splurge on, and for others still, it's where they shop for wardrobe builders that aren't instantly recognizable as Zara (not that there's anything wrong with that). For those that fall into the latter category, you probably gravitate toward the Zara items that look designer. They certainly exist, and I did my due diligence to find them.
Much of Zara's inventory is currently on sale, but I turned my attention to the new-in pieces, in search of the most expensive-looking ones in every category. Among the highlights are a ribbed knit tank that's worthy of buying in every color, the chicest white mules I've seen in a while, and a slip skirt that's as on-trend as it is classic. Scroll on to start filling your Zara cart with the most expensive-looking finds.
Jackets/Blazers
Linen is a fabric that always looks expensive, and tan is a color that always looks expensive, so win-win.
The simple construction and tortoiseshell buttons look high-end (and this pistachio green hue will be everywhere this fall).
The thick canvas and oversize fit of this wardrobe staple could pass for designer.
Tops
If you look closely, the sleeve details and luxe fabric make this top a must-buy.
There's something about this thick satin and sherbert hue that just feels right.
Dresses
Knitwear
Jeans
Inky black skinny jeans are the easiest way to get a designer denim look.
Skirts
For a rich-looking outfit, wear this with a black bodysuit and my favorite flat sandals.
Shorts/Pants
Shoes
Between the buttery leather, square toes, and wood heels, these have a lot going for them.
Woven leather turns basic shoes into something quite special, as you can see.
Accessories
This freshwater pearl necklace puts more expensive freshwater pearl necklaces to shame.
