Here, find our fall fashion shopping guide with our top picks to buy now.
This vegan-leather trench from Nanushka has been on my must-buy list since the beginning of the year, but now that it's on sale, I finally ordered it. With head-to-toe leather looks poised to be one of the biggest trends for fall, this will no doubt be one of my most-worn pieces for the season ahead.
Bottega Veneta has certainly emerged as the It brand of 2019, and that won't be slowing down this fall. I fell in love with these faux lizard heels the moment I spotted them on the F/W 19 runway. They're the ultimate cool take on a polished pump.
"I just bought these last week, and while they're technically for fall, I've already started wearing them because I can't resist. If you think about it, they're actually the perfect transitional mule. I love the square toe and flattering, ultra-low vamp."
"I've decided to invest in a new coat this season, and this one is at the top of my list. I've convinced myself that the color is timeless."
"I suddenly want to replace all of my delicate chains with chunky gold ones that look excellent with sweaters and other sturdy fall pieces."
"I call things 'the perfect transitional item' a lot, but this Jacquemus beauty really is. It'll also make a great layering piece when winter hits."
"This fall, I'm replacing my boring black ankle boots with a chic pair of Celine-inspired cream lace-up boots—a huge trend for the season ahead."
"I cannot wait to get in on the leather trend which is set to dominate our feeds once the leaves turn brown. I'm opting for a sumptuous vegan leather midi-skirt to wear from desk-to-drinks."
"I'm in that long transition period where I'm trying to focus on bringing fine jewelry over costume pieces into my wardrobe. The sticker shock is real, but knowing that I'll have these forever makes it a smarter choice in the long run. I've always admired local designer J.Hannah's work, so I knew I'd find some special pieces on her site. Lo and behold, the perfect everyday hoop. It has a unique shape that only adds to its versatility."
"I've made a promise to myself to simplify my dressing routine this season, which means way more throw-on-and-go dresses and way less agonizing over which separates go together. My first purchase for easy dressing? This pretty printed midi dress. I love the asymmetrical ruffle detail, and the price point can't be beat."
"Manu Atelier's aptly named Duck boots are the only shoes I want to wear this fall. They hit on two major shoe trends—square toes and lace-up boots—and I can already picture how chic they're going to look with jeans and sweaters."
"Staud's bag shapes just keep on getting better and better each season. I'm so drawn to this structured shoulder bag that reads classic but has something a little unexpected about it, too."
"The exact pairs I want (Tibi and Ganni) aren't available yet, but basically, this chunky-sole boot trend is what I plan on living in all fall. With dresses, jeans, suits… You name it. This shoe trend is bound to be my number one."
"As you probably know by now, pistachio is huge for fall 2019. While I am all for it, I feel like the easiest way to test it out is via accessories, and this little Mietis bag is the perfect piece to start with."
Next, find out eight fall trends that will be huge, according to our editors.
