The 7 Fall Trends That Are Worth Your Money, Even If It's Just $30

Can you believe fall is finally almost upon us? Here atBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing , we’ve been feverishly anticipating the most stylish season of the year, using our content as an outlet for our fashion fix. You’ve likely already read a handful of these articles, covering everything from the outfits we’d like to wear in the coming months to the style mistakes we hope not to repeat. Naturally, however, we can't help but focus the majority of our attention on the trends.

While basics and even some go-to outfits can span seasons (and, in some cases, years) in our outfit rotation, trends and particularly forward looks are changing constantly, and this fall was no exception. Not to worry, though, because as always, we’ve rounded up the most important trends of the season just for you. To see, read about, and shop the biggest themes and runway moments for F/W 19 all in one place and at every price imaginable, just continue scrolling.

While I’ve already discussed this only seemingly boring trend and my appreciation for it ad nauseam, I can always find more to say because I’m rather excited about it. By definition, the French word bourgeoisie means middle class, and the trend (which has come and gone countless times over the years) alludes to that but also elevates it through suiting, skirts, shirts, overcoats, and other separates as well as a restrained use of ruffles and heritage prints such as plaid and tartan. With an emphasis on good taste over a reliance on discernible It items, this trend, we hope, is ushering in a new era of what is considered stylish dressing.

While, as you'll soon see below, houndstooth is F/W 19’s standout print, pistachio green is the season’s must-have color. If you like a literal interpretation of what was on the runways, then we’d suggest wearing the hue from head to toe with varying textures to break things up. If you’re more about a subtle reference to trends, then simply work a piece (or two) into your wardrobe, and you’re golden—or should I say green?

It’s no secret that the fashion set loves an all-black look, but don’t think these are your basic monochrome outfits. This season’s dark-and-stormy trend is a goth-meets-glam take on wearing all black that I like to describe as a hybrid between Wednesday Addams and Marie Antoinette. Dramatic lace dresses will achieve the look, but black, Victorian-inspired separates will also do the trick.

Here’s the rundown: Knit-on-knit layering and prints such as fair isle, argyle, and patchwork are the pillars of fall 2019 knitwear. You can opt for one at a time or all three at once, and I can pretty much guarantee you won’t get it wrong. Similarly, you can invest in Chanel’s take on the trend or hit up your favorite mall brand, all while achieving a similar effect. Don’t you just love that? Now, the ball is in your court as to how you’re going to make knitwear yours this season.

What’s polished, classic, and endorsed by the likes of Gucci, Area, Chanel, and more for F/W 19? You guessed it: houndstooth. Similar to the animal-print resurgence of seasons past, the trend is one you might already have in your closet, and if not, it’s still a worthy investment. Much like what is happening now, it’s due to make a comeback every so often, and when it does, it’s found in all types of pieces. So whether you’re busting out your old treasures or buying new ones, the time to bring back the print is now.

From literal interpretations in the form of utility jackets and combat boots to slightly more elusive takes such as a tightly knotted cape or a touch of camo, the runways were rife with references to duty, which tells us that the military trend is very much active for fall 2019. Adding a piece to your go-to jean-and T-shirt combo or throwing a utility-inspired jumpsuit into your fall layering mix are two surefire ways to tackle the trend, but the opportunities are endless.

Whether you’re game for a good time or simply like to dress like it (hello, me), the party-girl trend is here to make your wardrobe exponentially more festive this fall. What does it encompass? Think crystal embellishing of pretty much anything, lamé and other metallic materials, statement dresses, fun accessories, and more. Of course, the trend is backed by plenty of the usual suspects for fun frocks, such as Christopher Kane, Paco Rabanne, and Alessandra Rich, as well as a handful of more unexpected and accessible brands.

Since starting as an intern back in 2013, Nicole Akhtarzad Eshaghpour has held several roles here atBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing , and she is currently Editor-at-Large. It was a less expected route, seeing as she was graduating from business school at USC when this all began, but it has turned out to be the best one for her. Fast-forward to 2024, and she's moved to NYC from her hometown of Beverly Hills and spends her workdays a little differently from when she was an intern starting out. Currently, she focuses on a weekly mélange of shopping content. As far as her personal style goes, she's largely drawn to classic pieces and neutral basics but will always make an exception for something colorful, printed, or bejeweled as long as it's deemed worthy enough. After all, the only thing she loves more than a good party is dressing up for one. On weekdays, she can usually be found at home eating something delicious for dinner and trying to force her husband to watch Summer House.
