10 Luxe Fall Finds I'm Lusting Over and 20 Under-$50 Finds I'm Actually Buying
As a fashion editor, there are hundreds of items that come across my desk, email, and social feeds that I instantly lose it over. Whether it's designer suede bags or a pair of heirloom-worthy black leather boots, I'm privy to liking nice, expensive things thanks to my line of work. My credit card, however, doesn't always agree. As much as I'd love to drop a quarter of my salary to do a fall luxury clothing and accessories hall, let's be real—unless I'm the fifth long-lost daughter of Logan Roy, it's not happening anytime soon.
To satisfy my splurge-friendly cravings, I've gathered up over 20 affordable, under-$50 items I'm buying instead of the 10 designer pieces on my wish list. When you see how chic some of these pieces are for less than the price of dinner for two, I'm sure you'll be freaking out just as much as I am. Scroll with caution, though, and try not to add everything to your cart at once!
Luxury Fall Items
Say hello to the viral scarf jacket's cooler, chicer cousin: the scarf coat.
While circle-studded belts have been all the rage this fall, this luxe chocolate suede version feels 10 times cooler than the classic black version.
After I saw this scarf on a few French influencers layered over turtlenecks, I had to ask my friend who's based in Stockholm to snag me one.
Staud can do no wrong in my eyes, including with this chic shoulder-bag style.
Several editors on our team have these chic ankle boots, and after learning they're under four figures, I'm eyeing them myself.
To close out the year, I'm planning on investing in a pair of classic, timeless diamond studs, and this lab-grown pair from Pandora is striking my fancy.
The amount of times I've sent these suede Mary Janes to my friends to have them convince me not to buy them is out of this world.
I already have this scoop blazer in a rich chocolate hue, and yep, it's just as good IRL as it looks online.
Under-$50 Fall Items
Okay, so this one is slightly over budget, but trust me, it's well worth it.
I bought this denim shirt, and I promise it looks 10 times the price in person.
Can someone check up on Aritzia's design team? They cooked with this one.
