One word of advice from someone who has worked in fashion for almost a decade: When it comes to chic and affordable basics, don't sleep on Uniqlo. I basically live in Uniqlo's white crew-neck T-shirts (which is obvious from my Instagram feed), as they're perfectly relaxed, great quality (not see-through at all!), and only $20.
