One of my guilty pleasures is watching "monthly favorites" videos on TikTok—the kind with a random assortment of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle items. There's something I love about seeing such a mix: a pair of shoes worn on repeat, a souvenir from a trip, even the most banal items like mouthwash. It feels curated and considered. It's a look back on the handful of things that actually stood out across their routine, wardrobe, and day-to-day life.
As an editor, I try a lot of products. On top of that, I've always been an extremely picky shopper who takes time before committing to anything.
