Gingham had its 15 minutes of fame thanks to Olivia Rodrigo's vintage Ralph Lauren dress at Wimbledon this July, and an Audrey Hepburn classic, the sailor-striped shirt, reached its peak in late summer on the fashion set. With a new season upon us, I'm here to share this fall's hottest print—anything and everything animal.
Wildly chic and far from tame, this trend goes beyond your typical cheetah and snakeskin fashion. Zebra stripes briefly appeared on our feeds last spring, following Dua Lipa's endorsement of black-and-white open-toe heels, and it has since gained momentum among the fashion crowd on dresses, skirts, and more.
