Jeans are tricky. The market is inundated with numerous brands offering a million cuts and washes. I've tried on so many different styles as a fashion editor over the years. I certainly have my favorites (like this denim style), but I'm always on the lookout for something fresh. Currently, it's the perfect pair of relaxed jeans that I can cuff. Shockingly, I've never really tried on one of the most covetable denim brands that every editor on our team (ahem, some of the most stylish people I know) and the coolest fashion people in the business (many featured above) adore. This label also consistently gets strong customer reviews, noting the cult following of its rigid jeans. Yes, you might have guessed it. I'm talking about Agolde.

Agolde 90's Jeans

The women's version of the 90's jeans has been a key player in the denim realm for seasons with the non-stretch fabric that resembles the perfect pair of vintage jeans. For many that I've spoken to over the years, it's the perfect and most flattering cut. (Note this cut comes in various iterations and rises, including shorts.) Well, the men's iteration gets a wow from me.

I get the hype now. It's perfectly relaxed and has that lived-in look without it being too much. Like the women's version, the zero-stretch adds to that vintage look, but they're still wildly comfortable. I specifically tried the style in Extract, which features Eco-Indigo—a sustainable approach to coloring, which is a first-of-its-kind, high-performance textile dye. Agolde Fusion Jeans

Okay, I listed the 90's jeans as the best overall pick for those who may not be 100% into the full baggy vibe. But I'm very into the Fusion cut. I've been on the hunt for cool baggy jeans that I can cuff and wear with loafers. And this pair is perfect. The tapering is designed flawlessly where it doesn't taper too much at the ankle like some baggy jeans I've tried where it's baggy on top and slimmer at the bottom. This detail just totally won me over.

The jeans also sit slightly lower on the waist, amping up the comfort factor for me.
