As a germaphobe who always has a stash of hand sanitizers and wipes everywhere I go, I haven't had to change my routine much. First thing's first: You'll want to find a hand sanitizer made with at least 60% alcohol, per CDC recommendations. Beyond that, you'll want to look for some key ingredients if you want a formula that will also moisturize your hands: aloe, vitamin E, hyaluronic acid, almond oil, tea tree oil, and lavender oil are all great for this.
