I've Just Assembled 5 Expensive-Looking H&M Spring Outfits, All Under £150

Spring has sprung! Finally, it’s time for us to start de-layering, dusting off those trench coats and coming out of hibernation—those pub gardens aren’t going to fill themselves, after all. There are plenty of exciting things to look forward to, but if the thought of dressing for a whole new weather system (and the occasions it brings with it) is a little overwhelming right now, don’t worry. That’s totally normal, and even we fashion editors have moments at the start of each season when we stare into our closets trying to remember how we did this last year. In fact, it happened to me when I looked at the forecast this week and realised I needed to start pivoting to some spring-ready outfits pretty sharpish.

So I thought I’d share one of the first things I do when I’m already overwhelmed with where to start for the season ahead: I pick one of my favourite brands and do a deep dive in its new-in section, not just in search of individual pieces that will breathe life into my wardrobe (that too) but also for outfit styling inspiration to copy with a mix of new and existing pieces.

Although we’re usually big believers atBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing in a diverse wardrobe that includes secondhand pieces, independent labels, designer investments and high-street winners, there’s something time-efficient about finding a whole new outfit all in one place, isn't there? Plus, it’s guaranteed to look seamlessly pulled together since all the pieces have one brand’s aesthetic. It’s a bit of a hack that I wouldn’t encourage all the time, but it works for me when I need an easy, instant wardrobe boost I can count on.

There are a few high-street stalwarts I always rely on for this exercise, but H&M, in particular, never lets me down, especially when I’m on the hunt for really polished pieces at affordable prices. My taste is very classic. The older I get, the more timeless I like my wardrobe to be, and H&M does capsule basics on a budget really well. So when I turned to the brand’s latest impressive drop this week to see if I could piece together some effortless spring outfits, it came as no surprise that I managed to find five really good ones. Not only do they feel fresh for wearing right now, but I'm certain the pieces they include will see you through all the seasons for years to come.
